Sarah is a Partner and co-owner of Connect.   She provides senior counsel and strategy development to our clients with a specialism in planning, housing, local government and infrastructure delivery.  

 

Sarah established Connect’s Built Environment service for clients in the housing, real estate and planning over 15 years ago. Sarah has led a team that has worked on sensitive and high-profile planning projects including the regeneration of Olympia London, the redevelopment of the former Honda plant in Swindon for Panattoni and several estate regeneration projects including those in Bromley, Lambeth and Camden for Riverside, One Housing and Countryside Properties. The team’s campaigns are multiple award winning.  In 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 Connect won the Public Affairs Awards ‘Planning Campaign of the Year’ for their innovative and effective communications campaigns that helped our clients achieve their business objectives through fostering strong and effective relationships with communities and their representatives.

 

Sarah draws on her experience as a councillor in the London Borough of Southwark, where she was first elected in 2014 and has held several roles within the Labour Party.
