Salary: £26,000

Location: London (hybrid, currently three days working from our Westminster offices, and up to two days working from home per week)

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and motivated junior designer to join our dynamic creative services team. You will create visually compelling digital and print graphic design content that supports our clients’ public affairs campaigns. Working closely with our public affairs consultants, you will design and implement creative solutions across various platforms.
We give our staff experience across the business. You will also benefit from ongoing training and receive mentoring from day one to guide you on your path to success in our industry. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including graphics, infographics, social media content, email templates, and website elements.

  • Create traditional graphic design materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and other print media.

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit visual content.

  • Work with web builder platforms such as WIX to design and maintain client websites.


Qualifications:

 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; a team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
