The Transport Knowledge Hub invites you to attend a national forum to consider how we can achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Scotland. This high-level event will bring together local authorities and other local decision-makers to discuss and share ideas on how to approach transport investment that makes a difference cheaply and quickly.

With a keynote address by Transport Minister, Humza Yousaf, we will share insights into how new technologies will influence how people travel within Scotland and discuss what transport technology offers passengers in the future to make sure Scotland invests in the right projects, including the Edinburgh-Glasgow improvement. Themes for the event will also include exploring the challenges of congestion with the Chair of the independent Glasgow Connectivity Commission, Professor David Begg. We will also discuss the impact of implementing Low Emission Zones and how they can shape economic growth and tackle congestion.

We will discuss how the Transport Knowledge Hub can help local authorities and stakeholders across the country make transformational transport plans fit for the future.
