We are looking for ambitious candidates with a track record of excellent client delivery in public affairs, good political knowledge and, strong new business delivery to undertake a role as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, working on:

  • Political and stakeholder engagement
  • National public affairs campaigns
  • Research
  • Business development
  • Event organisation
  • Media relations

The most important qualities we are looking for in a candidate is being a good team player, who is ambitious to succeed in a busy consultancy environment and possesses a passion for politics and making a difference.

You will be working with a dynamic, cross-party team and directly for our clients from day one.

In addition to your line manager, we also provide a dedicated mentor from our experienced team to support you in your career development.

We are keen to find candidates who have the potential to progress in Connect and be public affairs sector leaders of the future.

For this particular role, evidence of public affairs and communications delivery for education and/or health clients would be particularly advantageous, but not essential.

Salary: Account Manager – £33,000 – £37,000; Senior Account Manager – £39,000 -£43,000

Location: London (We operate a ‘hybrid’ working model, with Core Days and some remote working, if desired).
